"Relationships"
Relationships are very important because they provide support. Relationships help to make you a well rounded person. Positive relationships provide a person(s) for me to vent to when I need a listening ear. At this point in my life the second most important relationship that I have is the one that I have with my son. Although he is only two years old, he is my everything. My son always knows what to do or say even if I am having a terrible day he can always turn my frown upside down. The relationship that I have with my son's father is important to me too. We have our ups and downs but we are always there for each other. The relationship that I have with my mother is super important. My mother is very important to my life. She is very critical to me and my life. The biggest challenge for me when it comes to developing or maintaining relationship is that I am very shy. I am learning that I must be more outspoken once I develop a positive relationship. I think that all of my mentioned relationships are partnerships because we all work together for the good of everyone involved.

Reading about your relationship with your mother stirred memories of my own mother. She has been gone for sixteen years now, but I still feel her presence in my life. When things are difficult, I find myself wondering what she would say to me if she could. I think the attachment we have to our moms never breaks. I enjoyed reading your lovely post. All the best to you and your family.
ReplyDeleteI know that feeling of how your child is your everything. I feel that everyday with my own children and it is amazing how it changes as they grow older.
ReplyDeleteMy mother is also an important part of my life as well. She has been through my good times and bad times and I would have never made it through some of my life's unexpected roads without her.
So glad you have found relationships that make you who you are!
